Guidelines for Presenters

The guidelines for oral presentations at IC2ESE 2024 are as follows:

1.Presentation Duration:

• Each presenter will have a total of 15 minutes.
• 10 minutes for the presentation.
• 5 minutes for the Q&A session.

2.Slide Limit:

• Limit your slide presentation (MS PowerPoint) to 10 slides.
• Use minimal text to emphasize key ideas and focus on visuals to enhance clarity.

3.Content Focus:

• Highlight specific ideas from your research work.
• Share insights and resources to benefit participants in teaching, research, or policy-making activities.

4.Submission of Presentation:

• Submit the soft copy of your presentation in .pptx format via email to ic2ese@eusl.edu.lk on or before 20th November 2024.
• Presentations submitted after the deadline will not be accepted, and changes will not be entertained post-submission.
• Name your presentation file as your Paper ID.pptx.

5.Registration:

• All participants, including presenters, must register for the conference via the official website:https://www.eusl.edu.lk/ic2ese/online registration form.
